At DJ Georgia, we are a microenterprise that operates using a print-on-demand service. This means that each product is created only after an order is placed. While this allows small businesses like ours to thrive, it also means that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if a customer accidentally orders the wrong size or model of an item.

To ensure the best possible quality and pricing for our customers, we work with multiple providers and manufacturers. As a result, different items in the same order may arrive at different times. Unless otherwise stated, all products are shipped via standard shipping.

We are happy to provide a full refund if a product is faulty or has any type of manufacturing defect, as long as you contact us within 30 days of purchase.
